Rick Martuscelli is a Corporate Editorial Specialist at Lehigh Valley Health Network. He is responsible for content management and editorial responsibilities associated with the health network’s internal communication strategy. He oversees LVHN Daily, the health network’s employee blog, LVHN Weekly, an emailed newsletter containing a summary of the week’s news, and LVHN Quarterly, a magazine mailed to employees’ homes. He also oversees executive communication which includes regular presentations, blogs, videos and other tactics to effectively and efficiently deliver strategic messages from senior leaders to employees in a fast-paced and ever-changing health care environment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications.
