Krystal Baldwin is the Director of IT Operations and Quality Control at UT Southwestern Medical Center. As a seasoned IT leader, Krystal is passionate about aligning technology initiatives with business strategy. Specializing in web solutions, Krystal and her team successfully designed an intranet to improve the communication of time-sensitive operational information to practitioners and staff across the health system.  A key component to UT Southwestern’s Health System portal is transparency of operational KPI’s to help motivate employees to become more efficient, improve quality, and improve patient satisfaction.
