As the youngest of six kids from a family of Irish storytellers, Joanne has spent a lifetime appreciating the magic of a good narrative. She has found that sharing a vivid experience can bring people with different perspectives together, often creating a bond lasting far longer than the story. Over the last 20 years, working with large, global companies such as McKesson and AT&T, and most recently Becton Dickinson*, Joanne has taken a unconventional approach to internal communications. She believes employees are the most influential contributors to a brand's success. Her passion is finding ways to harness that power and bring clarity when it matters most.
 
Joanne is a native Californian, living in the Bay Area with her husband and three children. She enjoys running, hiking and finding time to read a good book.
